This hostel offers a convenient location, being fairly close to both an underground station and a useful bus stop. It is also next to the city centre, providing easy access to various attractions. the rooms and bathrooms are small but clean, and the staff are efficient. the hostel offers fresh towels for showers and has a friendly receptionist who adds a touch of cosiness to the place.
The hostel does not provide a very clean kitchen area for cooking and enjoying a meal.

The best is its location, you can go on foot anywhere taking a nice walk if you like walking.
They do not change your blankets even if you're staying for a whole week. You cannot change whether you want colder or hotter water in the shower.

The hotel had a convenient location right by a good few museums and was close to the sights in the city center. the hostel provided a decent breakfast with cereal and toast available in the morning. The staff was helpful and friendly, and reception was available 24/7 to assist with any needs. We also appreciated the presence of lockers in the lobby/common area for storing our belongings securely.
Nothing to dislike.

Location
They'll collect you cash and charge in credit card also. So you have to pay double the price quoted. Once you leave they don't bother any number of complaints. So be prepared to spend double of the said price

Actually it's more than 15 mins to the London Eye, but it's still quite near the popular attractions
I booked a female dorm but they put me into a mixed dorm for seven days!!!! The staff is cold, indifferent and not helpful. The breakfast is very shabby, the toilet and shower room is not clean. If you have other alternatives, please don't stay in this hostel!

Our stay at Waterloo Hostel 16-40 Years In Dorms was a great value for money. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the London Eye. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as limited bed height and simple breakfast, the hostel offered clean dorms and helpful staff. I would recommend this hostel for budget travelers.

The location of the hostel was really convenient, with most of the main attractions within walking distance. It was great not having to worry about transportation. the staff at the reception were really helpful and kind, and they provided me with some essentials that I needed during my stay. The bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained.
The cleanliness of the hostel was not up to par. The showers and the mattress of the bed were not properly cleaned, and I had to wipe them down before putting a sheet on top.

The main waiting room was cozy and clean. One person from the staff was very helpful and courteous, answering our questions and serving us the best possible way. The hostel had a good position, just a few minutes' walk from Waterloo station.
The water was cold. We had to wait to use the bathroom and toilet. The building is outdated and inefficient, the plaster was falling from the ceiling, the walls had mold. The rooms were too small for 12 people, ending up suffocating, and it was impossible to sleep without an open window. Generally, the hostel was dirty. There were no curtains on the beds, as shown in the pictures. There was no provision of WiFi, except in some cases. The staff was mostly rude and not showing the willingness to help us. The price is too high for the hotel's facilities.

The free breakfast
The showers were appauling, both in pressure and temperature. I also found it irritating that there were no power outlets provided in the bathroom facilities for hair dryers etc.

The hostel had a good position and is at just 5min walk from Waterloo station. In the end the only strrenght of the Hostel is that you end up paying 20 pounds per nighr and you don't have to move outside the city.
The structure was sub par even considered for the low price category. The room where incredibly small (like 12people in barely 15 m2) and facilities where limited. I suggest to find a more comfortable Hostel down Elephant&Castle
